 Our mission is to provide you with the best quality of services. Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation when possible.  We are  aware that sometimes things happen; please give as much notice as you are able.  If you give less than 12 hours notice of cancellation you will be charged 50% of your scheduled massage  fee for time lost.

*Debt/Credit card used to hold appointment only and are not charged unless you late cancel or no show. Thank you for your understanding. 

 f you ‘No Call/No Show’ you will be charged 100% of your schedule massage fee.  If you are using a gift certificate or package and fail to give proper notice of cancellation or fail to show up for your appointment, you forfeit that gift certificate and that visit will be deducted from your package.  Please be respectful of  your therapist’s time, with proper notification and appointment can easily be  filled. 

 If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.Please be respectful your therapists time. With proper notification appointments can easily filled. Clients with repeated late cancellation, no shows or late arrival times may result in removal from the online scheduling privileges.
